Açaico Muffins with Açaico whipped cream

What do we need:

  •   200 g of high quality dark chocolate or cooking chocolate - finely chopped
  •   3/4 cup brown sugar, 2/3 cup sour cream, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  •   1 cup of almonds, 1/2 cup açai powder, 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  •   1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 5 eggs

Cream: 1 cup cream, 2 tablespoons of Acai powder, 1 tablespoon powdered sugar. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread the chocolate and brown sugar in a metal bowl or pan and place it over a saucepan of hot water to the mixture, stirring constantly when warmed. Mix the sour cream and vanilla sugar. In a large bowl, mix ground almonds, açai, cocoa, salt, and cayenne pepper. Add the melted chocolate into a bowl and stir. Add the eggs one at a time. Dough for Muffins puts by a spoon into greased molds and bake. Based on a mixture of about 12 muffins, bake it for about 22 minutes - until they are firm to the touch. If you are placing the Muffins cream, we have to make sure that both the cream and dough are already cold - then serve.
