Grilled Tuna with Açaico

What do we need:

  •   1 large tuna steak - about 300 g
  •   50 ml juice Açaico
  •   1/4 teaspoon fish sauce, 1 clove of garlic, juice of half of a lemon, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes
  •   balsamic vinegar, olive oil


2 servings Preparation 15 minutes + marinating Start preparing the mixture for marinating. Frozen Açaico selects in advance from the freezer and let to thaw into the liquid state. Mix Açaico juice, lemon, garlic, fish sauce and spices and at room temperature of the mixture marinate the tuna steak for 40 min. With the marinating at the room temperature you avoid "icey middle" and sintered edge and the tuna tastes better. Sprinkle the tuna with oil and place on the heated grill. Meanwhile, prepare a simple and delicious salad with baby spinach and cherry tomatoes. Salad is served with grilled tuna on it and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
