Maracuja tart

What do we need:

  •   400 g Maracuja 30 sec in fruit heaven (4 packs)
  •   400 ml of double cream (half beaten only)
  •   400 g sweetened condensed milk
  •   2x40 g gelatine, fruit for garnishing

Mix 300 g of 30 sec in passion fruit heaven with condensed milk, add beaten double cream and pre-dissolved 40 g of gelatin. Mix well and pour into a cake form. Store it in the refrigerator for 3 hours. For the topping, mix 100 g of 30 sec with remaining melted gelatin, add sugar according to taste and pour it on the top of the cake surface. Place it in the refrigerator and wait until frosting solidifies. Garnish with fruit and serve.
