What do we need:

•   100 g 30 sec in Mango Heaven
•   1 dl of water
•   1 teaspoon honey
•   2 star anise, 1/3 teaspoon of ground cardamom

1. blend 30 sec in Fruit Heaven with water and honey together in a bar blender. 2 Pour into stainless container for frothing milk or straight into the cup. 3 Add the star anise and cardamom and with coffee maker reheat with the nozzle until it begins to boil. Served in high cup or Latte cup on the saucer with napkin. Decoration: leave floating anise on the surface of the drink. Simplicity is a beauty but imagination has no limits.
