What do we need:
From the water, sugar cook a syrup, strain and pour the mixture of thawed 30 sec and mix well.Sorbet mixture put in the freezer, preferably in a metal bowl. After half an hour we pick it out and shortly premix. Again, put in the freezer. Repeat this 3-4 times. After the final mixing add beaten egg white foam. Glasses, in which we serve sorbet cool down in the freezer. Special spoon or two tablespoons will form the sorbet balls.
